EWIS represented Sri Lanka at Africa Tech Festival 2025 in Cape Town, showcasing E-Gov platforms, ERP solutions, and local tech, building global partnerships and expanding into Africa.

Cape Town, South Africa – November 2025 – EWIS is proud to represent Sri Lanka once again at the Africa Tech Festival 2025, showcasing our locally built technologies that are transforming the way nations govern, connect, and grow. Returning for the second consecutive year, EWIS reaffirmed its commitment to bringing Sri Lankan innovation to the global stage, joining over 15,000 technology leaders, policymakers, and industry visionaries at the Cape Town International Convention Centre (CTICC).

This year, EWIS highlighted a powerful portfolio of E-Government platforms, ERP solutions, and locally manufactured computing devices, innovations that have played a vital role in Sri Lanka’s digital transformation and are now opening new opportunities across the African continent. Our presence reflects the growing demand for scalable, secure, and citizen-centric technology solutions that support efficient service delivery, digital governance, and future-ready public infrastructure.

The Africa Tech Festival continues to be a landmark event where ideas, technology, and collaboration converge to shape the future of digital ecosystems across Africa. EWIS’ engagement with government delegations, technology entrepreneurs, and international organisations further strengthened our mission to support emerging markets with reliable and intelligent technology frameworks. Discussions held throughout the event signaled promising pathways for long-term partnerships in social protection systems, digital public services, healthcare technology, education solutions, and enterprise transformation.

“As a home-grown Sri Lankan technology brand, EWIS continues to harness innovation and collaboration to build trusted digital ecosystems—empowering governments, organisations, and communities for a smarter, more connected future,” said Sanjeewa Wickramanayake, Chairman/CEO of EWIS. “Our participation at Africa Tech Festival 2025 demonstrated the global relevance of Sri Lankan technology and reinforced our belief that locally engineered solutions can create meaningful impact far beyond our borders.”

EWIS extends its sincere appreciation to all partners, delegates, and visitors who engaged with us at this year’s festival. The insights and connections gained in Cape Town will continue to guide our mission as we work toward expanding our footprint in Africa and contributing to the continent’s digital advancement.
